Jocelyn is an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and its Greater Philadelphia Chapter (NAPO-GPC). She is a regular presenter at both the National Association's annual conference and regionally sponsored training programs for the local chapter. From 2003-2005, she served on the national Education Committee and chaired the course development teams that launched some of NAPO's first professional development courses.
